1. Recruitment – highly selective. We select the most capable individuals, meeting the requirements of a professional profile suited to the specific needs of each activity, taking into account personality, skills, attitudes and knowledge.

2. Selection – pre-selection criteria are combined with psychometric testing, enabling us to assess candidates’ personality and attitude profiles. Personal interviews and medical examinations also help us choose the best candidates for training and subsequent employment within the company.

3. Training – in compliance with current legislation and with an ongoing investment in the sustained improvement of the quality of the services provided. Training programmes are designed to develop personal skills that support career progression within the company.

In addition to initial training — both basic and specific — we promote the continuous updating of knowledge and specialisation in areas such as the ISPS Code, Airport and Port Security, Basic Life Support, First Aid, Occupational Health, Safety and Hygiene, Canine Handling, Conflict Management, Leadership, Customer Service, among others.

Security Guard

Sales Representative

But not only that — training each employee is a firm commitment of our company, and to that end we maintain a Center equipped with the best technical and pedagogical conditions, certified by the Directorate-General for Employment and Labour Relations (DGERT) in the following education and training areas:
